Bio

Vanessa Rivera is a Los Angeles artist with an education in Fine Arts from the University of Southern California. Rivera’s pseudo sexual works are a reflection of the stages of the human experience expressed through body postures. The prevalent halo triangle used in all of Rivera’s pieces are meant to give the viewer a feeling of unity, commenting on Rivera’s belief that we are all enlightened spirits living a human experience. Rivera’s work has been exhibited throughout Los Angeles, including the USC Roski Lindhurst Gallery, the Fisher Museum, Gallery 950 at The Met, LAUNCH Gallery, NWO Art Gallery, Gallery 38 and Palazzo Vagnotti in Italy.
