Through the Storm (2018) is part of a series called What Color Was Your Day where I explored my feelings for a year to create the series. The goal was to communicate those emotions through the language of color. It served as a therapeutic way of processing experiences for me. However, the intended purpose of this series is for the audience to explore what emotions these abstract pieces bring out of the viewer. It is an exploration of self from me (the creator) expressing myself through color, to you (the audience) listening to yourself through what you experience from the finished piece.
